Hydrosense COVID-19 Statement

As we continue to monitor the latest updates and information about the global COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking proactive measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

Gov.uk and CDC both suggest that the possibility of transmission of COVID-19 via shipped products is extremely low. However, we are acutely aware that many of our kits are used in high-risk facilities where the elderly and vulnerable persons may be present. As a precaution, additional hygiene measures have been implemented at our warehouse and going forward, gloves will be worn during the assembly of all Hydrosense test kits and surface areas will be wiped down regularly.

We have implemented travel restrictions to only critical need and are implementing remote working where possible. We remain committed to providing the superior service and support that our customers have come to expect of our company throughout this situation and will be readily available via email, telephone, online video and conference call as required.

We are working closely with our suppliers to determine any supply chain impacts and will continue to monitor this closely. As it stands, we are working hard to mitigate any potential impacts and plan to carry on providing our valued customers the vital Legionella testing tools they need to manage water system safety.

During this period of enhanced uncertainty and elevated need for greater vigilance on the protection of human health, please do reach out to us if we can assist you, your partners or end users in any way. Events such as these require closer cooperation and teamwork than ever before, and we stand ready to assist you in any way we can.

 

Update 26.03.2020 The UK government has now escalated measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This includes the closure of non-essential retail outlets. Our order and processing teams are operating as usual but there are now several factors which could cause interruptions in supply.

We are encouraging all of our customers to place stock orders sooner rather than later to mitigate potential disruptions. 

 

Update 28.04.2020 - Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing some supply chain impacts. The team is working very hard to resolve these issues, but we recommend that you get in touch with a member of the team to confirm availability before placing any orders.
